Welcome to the MercyCare Health Plans (MCHP) Providers Page. 

Want to know if a physician or specialist is in the patients network and what benefit level it is? Just click on Locate a Physician.  All you need to know is the member's line of business (which is the W# located in the bottom right hand corner of their ID card).

Want to know if a medication is in our formulary?  You can view our abbreviated and full version of our formulary by clicking on Pharmarcy.  The formulary is also available on Epocrates® to download to your PDA.

The Provider Reference Guide and the Clinical Practice Guidelines are located on this page as well, for easier reference than just grabbing your book.

You will be able to view our Disease Management, Quality Improvement,
and Utilization Management projects as well.
