MercyCare Health Plans is committed to the Health Insurace Portability & Accountability Act (HIPAA) and electronic transactions.
In doing so, MercyCare will require a signed Trading Partner Agreement in order to complete electronic transactions. Please utilize the link to view a sample of the document.  Sample Trading Partner Agreement
MercyCare Health Plans File Transmission:
MercyCare Health Plans will retrieve and depost transmission files on your secure servicer of via your secure web site. Please contact the EDI Department at 1-800-752-3431 to set up a testing plan with MercyCare.
834 Benefit Enrollment and Maintenance:
Please contact the MercyCare EDI Department at (800) 752-3431 to set up the 834 transactions for your employer group.
Keep in mind that MercyCare will require a signed Trading Partner Agreement on file to begin testing.
