MercyCare offers a mail order pharmacy program to members—no matter where they live or work.
By asking your doctor to prescribe generic medicine, you can save money.
When ordering your first prescription, you will be asked to provide the following information:
- MercyCare cardholder ID number/MercyCare group number
- Current prescription number
- Name of medication and medication strength
- Date of birth
- Delivery address: city, state, ZIP
- Daytime phone/evening phone
- Doctor’s name/doctor’s phone
- Pharmacy you currently use/pharmacy phone number
- Payment information
NOTE: Mail-order service is intended for maintenance medications. Not all medications are good candidates for mail order, including antibiotics and medications that require special handling, such as refrigeration. Mail order co-pay reductions cannot be combined and are not additive with other co-pay reduction programs, such as pill splitting. Members can benefit from an incentive that reduces co-pays the most. Members may not combine incentive programs.

Renewals are filled at Mercy Health Mall, 1010 N. Washington St., Janesville.

Reorder when you have 10 to 14 days of medication remaining.
How will my prescription order be mailed?
Prescription orders are mailed in plain, tamper-evident packaging to ensure they arrive in a securely and confidentially. There is no additional charge for delivery.
How do I pay for my order?
Although paying by credit card is the preferred method of payment, we also accept checks and money orders made payable to Mercy Mail Order Pharmacy. Mercy Health System partners may use payroll deduction, if enrolled in the program.
