Urgent Care video visit
Urgent care video visits are available for certain conditions during standard urgent care business hours. These can be accessed in MyChart by clicking on "Menu" and selecting "Talk to a Doctor."
If you don't currently have a MyChart account, you can sign up and learn more. There is no charge for a MyChart account, and you can set it up even if you are a new patient to Mercyhealth.
A co-pay is required prior to completing a visit. Co-pay amounts depend on your insurance carrier.
